Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement

These Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement ("Terms") govern access to detroitdetergent.com and the Detroit Detergent CRM (together, the "Services") provided by Detroit Detergent LLC. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Authorized business use
The CRM is a private business tool intended for Detroit Detergent and users expressly authorized by Detroit Detergent. You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Limited license
Detroit Detergent grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CRM on approved devices for Detroit Detergent business operations. No ownership interest is transferred. You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding devices, credentials, private access keys, and connected accounts. Notify Detroit Detergent promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share access with an unauthorized person.
QuickBooks Online connection
The CRM may connect to QuickBooks Online after an authorized user grants permission through Intuit. The current integration reads selected customer information to create or complete CRM customer records. It does not create, edit, or delete QuickBooks records. You must have authority to connect the selected QuickBooks company and use its information.
QuickBooks is a service of Intuit Inc. Detroit Detergent is not Intuit, and Intuit is not responsible for the CRM. Your use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's terms and privacy practices.
Customer records and accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing imported and manually entered information for accuracy before relying on it. The Services are operational tools and are not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, probe security, disrupt service, access another person's data without authorization, or upload information you are not permitted to use.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend, modify, or discontinue all or part of the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features that depend on Apple, Intuit, Cloudflare, internet access, or other third parties may be affected by those providers.
Termination
Detroit Detergent may suspend or terminate access for security reasons, misuse, violation of these Terms, or when authorization ends. Upon termination, the license granted above ends. You may request disconnection and eligible data deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Detroit Detergent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the Services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Services change. Revised Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
